These accused made Nikita their victim when she was returning home from her college after taking exams. Nikita, a BCom final year student, had no idea that now she will never be able to return home and on the way, there are some conspiracies to force her to pick him up. As Nikita, a student of Aggarwal College appeared for the final year, some aspiring youths started trying to force her into their I20 car in Ballabhgarh, which came out of the college. Even under this circumstance, Nikita is not afraid and bravely opposes him.
Nikita’s friend also tried her best to save her friend, but at the same time, the friend of the accused started threatening her with a gun. Nikita was not scared even after seeing the gun and kept opposing the criminals. When this whole incident was happening on the road in broad daylight, people were passing through the same road as if everything was fine there. People kept coming and going, but no one supported Nikita in her fight with those miscreants.
Nikita single-handedly struggled with those two miscreants and when both the accused youths failed to forcibly drag her into the car, they shot her in anger and escaped from the spot.
According to the family of the deceased woman, the accused had been following her daughter for years. According to the family, in 2018, he had filed a complaint against the young man named Taufiq but later the matter was resolved. The father of the girl said that he needs justice from the police, while the maternal uncle of the deceased said, this is a case of straight love jihad.
At the same time, Nikita’s mother said that I will fire the daughter only when there is an encounter with those who killed her. I will not fire until the encounter is done. Whatever happened to my daughter, the police should stand in front of those accused and face them. A relative of the girl told that in the year 2018 when we filed a complaint against the young man, his family came and compromised. According to the family of the deceased Nikita, it is a case of ‘love jihad’ and the young man Tawfiq wanted to forcibly marry her. Seeing the rising ruckus after Nikita’s death, the police have arrested accused Taufiq in a hurry while his other friend is still absconding.
